1/13/2026 [Bronx, NY] - SUNY Sullivan Generals Men's Basketball were on the road Tuesday to face Region XV opponent, Bronx Community College. The Generals left with the win, 103-68, improving their record to 6-11 overall and 5-7 in Region XV. Â
SUNY Sullivan was in control from the jump on both ends of the court; the Generals went into halftime up 54-30 and extended their lead in the second half to win by 35, 103-68.
SUNY Sullivan Generals saw five individuals scoring in double figures with two of them earning double-doubles.Â
Quentin Richardson earned his second career double-double with a game high 12 assists to go along with 16 points.Â
Tomas Hernandez had a back-to-back double-double by scoring a game high 25 points and grabbing a game high 14Â rebounds.Â
Xavier Beckford had 23 points, 7 assists, and 5 rebounds in the win while
Hassan Niang went for 18 points
. David Fowler chipped in 10 points while the rest of the team scoring came from J.Reich (6), S.Henderson (3) and R.Spaulding (2).Â
Bronx Community College had two individuals score double digits: Alexander Hattel with 13 points and Timothaeus Graham with 10.
The SUNY Sullivan Generals have two more games schedule this week with the next one on the road tomorrow, Thursday (1/15), when they travel to Suffolk CC [6p]. This weekend they host Monroe University-Bronx Express on Saturday (1/17) at 2pm in the Paul Gerry Fieldhouse on the campus of SUNY Sullivan. Saturday's (1/17) home game will be the first of a two games with the semi-professional ABA team, Hudson Valley Rivermen, playing after the Generals; Genarals tip off at 2pm and the Rivermen tip off at 5:30pm.
