Falcons Drop Generals in Rain Shortened Contest

Generals held 2-0 lead into the 4th...

LOCH SHELDRAKE, N.Y.- In what has been an exceptionally wet spring the Generals would get into the 7th inning before the rains once again came down on Generals Park. Lackawanna would take the the 11-4 win as Sullivan falls to 14-18 on the year. 

Josh Perez-Rosa would throw three shutout innings before running into trouble in the 4th giving up four runs. A six run 5th would put the Generals out of reach on the day.

Elijah Ervin connected on his 4th homerun on the season and Giovanni Diaz was 2-for-3 with a run scored.

Sullivan will continue with Mid-Hudson Conference play on Thursday and Friday as they travel to Middletown, NY to take on Orange CC before returning home for a doubleheader on Saturday.
