NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y- A one point halftime deficit for Sullivan quickly ballooned as the host Monroe Mustangs outscored the visitors 26-7 in the 3rd to frame to go and hand the Generals a 65-46 loss. 

An evenly matched first half had Monroe take a 17-16 lead after the 1st quarter and both teams would score 12 apiece in the second quarter to give Monroe the slight margin at the first half buzzer. 

With the loss Sullivan drops to 8-5 on the year and DI Monroe improves to 9-3. Leading the way for the Generals was Traynise Delaney who scored 17 points, going 10-for-12 from the foul line. 

The Generals return to Mid-Hudson Conference play Tuesday night as they close out the fall semester on the road at SUNY-Orange. Tip-Off is 5pm.
