Brooklyn, NY (11/20/2025) - The SUNY Sullivan Generals traveled to Region XV opponent, Kingsborough Community College, yesterday.  The Generals were down to The Wave at halftime (46-44) but were able to come back for the win on the road, 84-81.  SUNY Sullivan moves to 4-4 on the year.

The Generals saw five different individuals score in double figures with two of those individuals ending with double-doubles.  Tomas Hernandez put up his third consecutive game with a double-double leading the way with 22 points and 14 rebounds.  Bryan Mercedes added his own double-double in the win finishing with 12 points and 12 rebounds, as well as 5 assists.  Xavier Beckford chipped in with 16 points and 7 rebounds while David Fowler had 14 points and Armani Garcia had 10 points.  Sincere Henderson ended with 4 points and 5 assists while the rest of the scoring came from H.Niang (6).

Your SUNY Sullivan Generals are back in action Tuesday [11/25] when they host DII opponent Westchester CC at 7pm in the Paul Gerry Fieldhouse on the campus of SUNY Sullivan.
