Wednesday, 12/11/2024 [Suffern, NY] - The Mid-Hudson Conference has announced the male and female Athletes of the Week for the conference; Shonyae Edmonds from SUNY Sullivan earned her first Mid-Hudson Conference Athlete of the Week honors for the 2024-25 season.

Shonyae Edmonds was named the Mid-Hudson Conference Female Athlete of the Week for the week of 12/2-12/8.  The Lady Generals were in action three times during the week, going 1-2 overall.  Shonyae helped the Generals to their big come from behind victory on Thursday over Bryant & Stratton-Syracuse (77-70), S.Edmonds finished with 15 points and 11 rebounds as well as 2 assists.  Over the weekend Sullivan dropped two tough games against ranked opponents; against Niagara Shonyae had another double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds and 3 assists- then on Sunday against Jamestown Edmonds grabbed 19 rebounds to go along with 6 points and 3 assistis.
