Box Score Groton, CT - The Sullivan Generals Women were in Connecticut on Sunday to play UConn - Avery Point.  The Lady Generals were able to secure a 81-47 victory. 

The Generals jumped out to an early lead outscoring UConn 20-5 in the first quarter and then 27-10 in the second quarter to go into the half up 47-15.  The second half was closer with UConn winning the third quarter, 19-18.  The Generals were back on top in the fourth quarter winning by three, 16-13.  The final score saw the Lady Generals winning 81-47.

The Sullivan Generals were led by Mei-Lin Calliste's triple-double: 11 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 steals.  Deivejon Harris ended with a 12 point and 12 rebound double-double.  Tamari Hubbard had her own double-double with 11 points and 12 rebound. Barbara Bruno went for 12 points and Brieanna Maple added in 11 points.  Kayla Williams added 10 points while the rest of the scoring came from M.Bryant (8), T.Maxwell (3), S.Best (3).

UConn - Avery Point was led by Adeline Smith with 15 points and 10 rebounds; Francesca Foster with 14 points and 12 rebounds; Jade Redo with 10 points; and Adelaide Hauptmann grabbing 13 rebounds.

The Lady Generals are back in action on Thursday when they head to Rockland CC for a 5pm game.
