Suffern, NY - The #1 ranked Sullivan Generals earned a conference road win at Rockland CC, 96-54, on Thursday. The road win moves the Generals to 9-1.
The Generals were in control the entire game, outscoring Rockland 47-30 in the first half and then 49-24 in the second half for a final score of 96-54.Â
The top ranked Generals were led by a game high 30 points from
Jay Alvarez to go along with 7 rebounds and 2 assists and 2 steals.Â
TK Bryant went for 16 points and 8 rebounds and
Jair Currie finished with 15 points and 8 assists.  Kipp Richvine ended with 11 point, 5 assists, and 5 steals while
Nakai Wheeler grabbed 11 rebounds to go with 9 points. The rest of the scoring came from M.Touray (9), C.Gallon (4), and K.Tracey (2).
Rockland CC was led by a double-double from Jaziar Whitely with 16 points and 11 rebounds; Emmanuel Barkor added a team high 17 points.
The Sullivan Generals are back in action next weekend with two road games in Maryland: Saturday against CCBC-Dundalk and Sunday at Cecil College.
