Sullivan Women Move to 8-0 and 2-0 in league

Generals down the Orange County CC Colts

Middletown, NY (Tuesday, 11/30)- The Sullivan Generals Women's basketball team traveled to Region XV opponent, Orange County CC, this past Tuesday.  The Generals were able to go on the road and handle business by downing the Colts, 94-29.

Sullivan came out of the gates strong taking an early lead that they never looked back from, after the first half the Generals went into the locker room up 55-11.  The second half wasn't much different with the Generals winning the half, 39-18, and finishing the game with a 94-29 win.  Sullivan moves to 8-0 and 2-0 in league play with this win.  Deivejon Harris lead the game in both points and rebounds, notching a double-double with 14 points and 14 rebounds.  Gebrielle Jeridore tied Deivejon for the game high scoring with her own 14 point, 11 rebound, double-double.  Anisa Perry, Daphney Cadichon, and Aniyah Hector all chipped in with 13 points each.  The remainder of the Generals scoring came from: M.Bryant (8), K.Sidberry (7), B.Bruno (4), R.Bare (4), and S.Dawson (4).  Orange County CC was led by Mackenzie Ross and Liliana Ramirez who scored 11 points and 10 points, respectively.  

The Sullivan Generals are back in action on Thursday (12/2) at 5:30pm when they travel to UCONN-Avery Point in Groton, CT.
