Loch Sheldrake, NY- On Saturday (2/1), Sullivan hosted the Bobcats from Bryant & Stratton College (Albany) on Coaches v. Cancer weekend. The Generals were able to handle business in their first home game since Dec 16th, getting the victory, 100-78. This was the #5 ranked Generals 8th consequetive win improving their overall record to 18-2 and 9-0 at home this year. Sullivan has won their last 26 home games; going back two seasons to, February 13, 2018, to find their last home loss, this occurred while they were still a NJCAA D3 program. On Saturday, the Generals shot 38% from three and 54% overall from the field, with an impressive 26 total assists.
The Generals were led by
Kendall Robinson's team high 24 points, going 6-11 from three and adding 8 rebounds. Â
Darius Lee added 13 points, 7 assists, and 6 rebounds in the win, while not missing a single shot or free throw.Â
Jasiah Lewis went for 9 assists, 6 points, and 4 rebounds and
Josh Galloway had 3 points with 9 rebounds. Off the bench,
Jordan Drain, contributed with his 4th double-double of the season, going for 17 points and 10 rebounds.Â
Eddie Sanchez added another 11 points, while
Jalen Reneau chipped in 9 points and 3 assists. Other scoring came from C.Brown (6), K.Dawson (5), and T.Holley (5).
The Generals are back in action Tuesday (2/4), when they travel to Ulster CC in a Mid-Hudson Conference mathcup.
