LOCH SHELDRAKE, N.Y. - The SUNY Sullivan men's basketball team took home the Mid-Hudson Conference championship after defeating Orange Community College 93-73 Tuesday night. The Generals finished conference play with a perfect 8-0 record and moved their overall record to 19-6.
Kendall Robinson continued his hot streak, leading the Generals with 17 points, while
Darius Lee had 16 points and
Kevin Smith and
Jamarr Joseph each tallied 13 points to round out the Generals well balanced attack.
The Generals jumped out to a 41-30 lead halftime lead and never looked back, outscoring Orange 41-31 in the second half to close out the win.
The men are back in action on Thursday night as they play host to Lackawanna College. The Falcons are currently 18-10 and in third place in the Region XIX standings.
Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
