Delaney's Trey Wins it at the Buzzer for Sullivan

Sullivan hands Mercer another early season loss on the road...

Trenton, NJ - With 1.5 seconds left on the clock Traynise Delaney drained a 3-pointer to break a 51-51 tie and give Sullivan the hard fought 54-51 road win Tuesday night. Sullivan improves to 4-1 and will be back in action Thursday night as the front end of a basketball doubleheader vs. Lackawanna College. 

Not only did Delaney provide the game winner but she also led the way in scoring for Sullivan with 14 points. Jayda Allen (11 pts, 10 rebs) and  Jordan Meaurie-Pickett (10pts, 12 rebs) both notched double-doubles. The Generals squeaked by Mercer back on November 3rd in their season opener in the SUNY Sullivan Classic by the score of 60-55.
